Welcome to the Workout Library. Here you will find helpful links to current and past workout plans developed/used by Garfield Ultimate.

Spring 2023

  • Stability Workout Brought to you by Wally Kwong, this workout can be done purely with body weight, a resistance band, and a gallon jug of water. Please contact the coaching staff to get a resistance band if you do not have one. This is a stability focused workout, and will help with change of direction and agility in a game.

Fall 2019

  • Modified Snertz Workout – Author Alyssa Kelly – This is a good workout for in-season. Please pay attention to movement patterns first and foremost, before you focus on speed. It’s better to have good form and do this workout at 70% than to do it at full speed with poor form/mechanics.
